We are looking for talented individuals who would enjoy and thrive introducing and promoting the services of Heckford over the telephone.  

We’re a design and marketing agency established for over 45 years and specialise in design & print, digital design, corporate branding, exhibitions, illustration, signage, 3D & CGI.

We offer ongoing  support and training, product knowledge and a defined career path. You would be based in our Preston office and join our team of experienced Account managers.

The Role

This is a part-time position totalling 16 hours per week over 4 days a week. Flexi-time available.

The person we are looking for will have the following experience and skills:

  • Previous tele-sales experience and a desire to further develop their career.
  • Collating and passing leads to the account management team
  • Excellent customer service skills and the confidence to make outbound calls to new potential customers in order to maximise business opportunities
  • Comfortable with Word and Excel
  • Admin work will also be required.
