Receptionist/General Office Administrator

Full time Monday to Friday 8.45 - 5.30 (although finish time may be flexible for the right candidate)

Tasks and responsibilities (not limited to):

  • First point of telephone contact for clients and visitors, general office organisation
  • Ensuring all visitors are acknowledged promptly with excellent customer service which exceeds customer expectations
  • Deal with any correspondence and feedback ensuring it is correctly documented, reported and followed up accordingly
  • Must be computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Maintain databases, general office administration including updating and maintaining the sales order processing systems

As the ideal candidate for this role, you will have worked in a similar role and be:

  • A proactive individual
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A good, clear speaking voice
  • Dependable, reliable and have a willingness to learn and take responsibility for your own work
  • Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
  • Have GCSE English and Mathematics
