Digital Business Development Manager

We are currently seeking a Digital Business Development Manager to join our winning team at our Preston office. You will be responsible for developing long term relationships with customers.  The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years sales/digital sales experience as well as experience in planning building, optimising and reporting on pay per click and social media campaigns.

As a Digital Business Development Manager you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Act as point of contact and handle client’s individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Proven sales/digital sales experience
  • Proven track record of developing strong client relationships
  • Experience in presenting work and document writing
  • Marketing knowledge across all marketing channels
  • Ability to manage and lead a team to ensure all projects are completed with efficiency and on budget
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in building and reporting on multiple PPC/Social media campaigns
