Signage & Exhibitions project manager
We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our team in the Preston office. This role will require you to be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects, predominately signage and exhibitions. As many projects often come with tight deadlines, excellent time keeping and organisational skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have around 3 years’ experience in a project management role, experience within the signage and exhibition industry would be advantageous.
Define the client’s precise requirements and goals and assist clients with specifications
Keep in contact with the client to develop and maintain a professional, friendly and sustainable relationship
Attend external client meetings, contractor meetings and internal meetings as and when required.
Define project tasks and develop full scale project plans
Plan, implement and schedule project timelines
Coordinate between all the various departments and employees who are involved in a project to ensure delivery of ordered project as per client time frames and specifications.
Fully brief installation team to ensure that they fully understand what is required to install any job to the required standard. Follow up with a de brief after installation to ensure that the job is complete.
Attend site meetings as required and complete site surveys
Action snagging or extra client requests
Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.
Ensure that any issues that arise are dealt with and resolved in a professional manner
Project sign-off and collation of files for invoicing
