Heckford are looking for a New Business Media Sales Executive to join our team in Preston.
The role:
- Proactively sell media and promote the benefits of advertising to help our clients develop their businesses.
- Lead Sourcing: You will be responsible for sourcing your own new clients/leads.
- You will be required to maintain an up-to-date CRM system, documenting your client interactions and activities.
- You will make use of marketing material to compile your own sales proposals & media strategies to present to prospective clients.
- Attend monthly sales meetings to accurately forecast your monthly expected revenue to the Sales Director.
- You will possess a good level of commercial acumen and a proven ability to negotiate and win new business.
- Ensure clients always receive the best customer service and advice.
The person:
- Previous Media Sales experience is essential in one or more of the following – outdoor media, radio, national or regional press online, direct mail, TV, digital- PPC, Google, AdWords, and social media.
- You will have a confident, well-spoken telephone manner and present yourself immaculately when meeting clients face-to-face.
- Self-motivated you’ll enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic business and converting prospects into clients.
